14 days from delivery.

OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used soaps, bath products, and personal-care products cannot be returned. Please do not mail used products back to us.

NOT SATISFIED?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. You do not need to return a used product.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Photos may be requested. We will replace the product or provide a refund at no additional cost.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
