Jen's Blend wasn't created because I needed another shampoo bar—it was created because I needed one for me.
Like many women, I started noticing hormonal hair shedding. I could get new hair to grow, but I couldn't figure out how to reduce the amount I was losing. That sent me down a rabbit hole of researching botanical oils and ingredients commonly used in hair care. One ingredient kept showing up: pumpkin seed oil.
I'm not great at remembering to take vitamins or supplements, so I thought, why not build those nourishing ingredients into something I already use every day?
From there, Jen's Blend was born.
I combined pumpkin seed oil with a carefully selected blend of Rosemary, Lavender, and Chamomile essential oils—botanicals that are traditionally used in hair care to support healthy-looking hair and a balanced scalp. We finish every batch with Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), added after the cooking process to help preserve its effectiveness and promote softness, shine, and manageability.
If I could only keep one shampoo bar in my shower, this would be it.
